Airport zone

15 minutes from downtown Montréal, the Longueuil Airport Zone offers a prestigious industrial environment. Renowned organizations have established themselves there, including Pratt & Whitney Canada, Héroux-Devtek, the National Defence, the National Aero-Technical School (École nationale d’aérotechnique), the Aerospace Technology Centre (Centre technologique en aérospatiale) and the Canadian Space Agency.

There is currently some 2.3 million square metres of industrial land waiting are be developed. Anticipated investment in new constructions in the Longueuil Airport Zone expected to be in the $500M range.
